2. Feeding and Leveling Device:
It used for making the material flat before feeding into the roll forming machine.
3.Pre-punching device
Punch on flat sheet. PLC control punch quantity and horizontal position; vertical position adjust by manual.

5.Hydraulic Cutting
- The new design of the punch and the post cutter allow the machine can produce any size of CU profiles in the range of 60mm to 250mm by just one blade.
- Cutting material: Cr12
- A lifetime of blade: 50, 000 times to polish one time.
- A sensor will be installed on the post cutting device, when the sensor detects the long narrow slot hole, the cutting tool will auto move forward to track the narrow slot hole at the correct position. The moment the blade is exactly the same position as the narrow slot hole, the equipment will stop roll form and the blade will cut the product. Then the cutter will move up and then the equipment will start to roll from the next piece.
