Production process :
Low carbon steel wire rod→High pay-off frame→Mechanical derusting→straight line wire drawing machine→Tension device →wire take-up machine.
It is the foundation of the whole drawing machine units. It is welded by buttress plate, bent steel, section steel. All materials are designed safety enough to enhance the rigidity.
Drive:
Power by the AC frequency motor through high-frequency joint narrow V-belts, spread by the hardened reducer to capstan.
Capstan structure:
Material is ZG45 steel casting blank body, after quenching and tempering treatment, HB250. hardening layer height 100mm, depth more than 0.4 mm, HRC78-82,long service life.
Capstan cooling:
The main shaft of capstan is fixedly install an upper spiral water jacket, below is a water wheel. Capstan is mounted on the spindle, the lower part of water jacket and capstan inner wall form 10-15 mm water storage. Inside of the capstan use narrow slit water cooling,forming good circulation water cooling.
Drawing die box:
Die box is welded structure, into two cavity. The guide roller is mounted into the side to ensure that steel wire can straight into the drawing die, die holder should be adjusted to wire tangent to enter the drawing rolls tuning roller installed at the entry end of the mold base tuning roll by a small cylinder put power, tuning the swing of the roller, so that the corresponding sensor output signal to fine-tune the speed of change.

Derusting machine:The derusting machine uses high-speed operation to twist the wire rod at different angles to remove the rust on the surface.
OTO Module:The first wire drawing module adopts an OTO wire storage structure. When a roll of wire rod is about to be used up, the first roll of wire rod can be welded with the second roll of wire rod without stopping the machine.
Drawing drum:The drum of drawing machine adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. And it is not easy to enter the dust.The drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to prolong the service life.
Die box:The die box adopts special design and adds fixture, which makes it easier for wire drawing powder to adhere to the wire surface.
Control buttons:Each drum body has an independent start stop button, allowing operators to easily control the machinery.
Water cooling detection:Each drum has an independent water flow observation port for easy viewing of water cooling conditions.
Tension device:The tension control system plays an important role in the process of wire take-up. It makes the wire rod bear the best tension and keep constant from beginning to end.
Wire take up system:Machinery can be equipped with two types of take-up systems, Trunk wire take up machine (Coiler) Spool wire take-up machine (Spooler) and customers can choose according to their own needs.
Control cabinet:High degree of mechanical automation, all kinds of fault information and processing information are displayed on the screen.
Inverter:The machine is equipped with frequency converter, and the energy-saving effect is very obvious. It is very convenient to adjust the speed. The frequency converter also has many protection functions, such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload protection and so on.
Package.
The main machinery is packed with plastic film and fixed in the container with steel wire. Small mechanical parts are packed in wooden cases.
