Functional Advantages
1. The rig adopts full hydraulic driving system, which is easy in operation and maintenance. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of the spindle is driven by single motor with closed loop circuit, with high operation efficiency and big torque.
2. The diesel engine is directly connected with the hydraulic pump through the coupling, with low capacity loss and easy maintenance.
3. Hydraulic chuck adopts disc spring clamping hydraulic opening structure, which is safe and reliable.
4. The rotation of drill head is driven by variable hydraulic pump and motor, set with 4 gear stepless speed adjustment. Drill head is driven by cylinder directly, the actions are smooth reliabe. Drill head set with lateral translation mechanism to reduce the working height. Drill head set with self-lubricating system.
5. The mast is foldable. It is easy for transportation and with touchdown function. The rig is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lower part. The hydraulic clamp is adopted to the top of drilling hole.
