Taishan Impulse is a professional Company that provides one-stop services from designing, manufacturing, and selling to installing. Based in Tianjin, China (close to Beijing) and operating globally. Taishan Impulse dedicated to developing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining Padel Courts. Since 2014, with extensive experience in sports construction, our company specialized in metal structures and glassware in the world of Padel. Our company operates nationally and internationally, serving clubs, municipalities, hotels, and individuals all over the world. More than 80% of our sales come from international market.
There are three main types --classic, panoramic and super panoramic.
1. Corner Pillars: 100x100x3mm steel tube; Other Pillars: 100x50x3mm steel tube; Cross Bar: 100x50x3mm steel tube; Frame: 40x20x2.0mm steel tube; all surface adopts electrostatic galvanized and then spraying epoxy powder which makes surface smooth.
2. Mesh diameter 4.0 mm, mesh distance 50x50mm, There are safeguard measures in the end of mesh avoiding scratch, surface adopts electrostatic spraying of zinc base powder and then spraying epoxy powder which makes surface Smooth, various indexes comply with GB15065-94 and IE60502, water absorption rate: 0%.
3. Standard: EN1090-1 based on CE Regulation No 305/2011.
4. Fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel countersunk head bolts, with special funnel PE gasket, to prevent glass from breaking.

1. 60*60*3mm galvanized Light pole is installed in the columns, pole height 6000mm.
2. 4 sets LED light, power: 300W; Average Illuminance: 400Lux.
3. 8 piece 200W LED light each court.
4. Light poles can be customized.
