This device is a specialized packaging machine designed by us to meet the needs of the rubber and plastic industry, specifically designed for packaging various plastic particles. It is also suitable for other industries, such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, grains and oils, feed, fertilizers, building materials, additives, etc., for granular materials and sheet materials. The production process achieves full automation of operations including bag supplying, bag picking, bag opening, bagging, weighing, filling, bag unloading, bag mouth shaping, vacuum extraction, and heat sealing.
The weigher uses a pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. It incorporates various handling methods such as large-scale feeding, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage. Large-scale feeding controls the packaging speed, while small-scale feeding ensures packaging accuracy. When the large-scale feeding fills up to 95%, the small-scale fine feeding is then used for the remaining 5%. This feeding method ensures both packaging speed and accuracy.
The bag supply system in the entire packaging setup serves the function of supplying bags. It consists of components such as the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors. When there are bags in the bag supply magazine, the photoelectric switch signals the presence of bags, allowing the robotic arm to pick up bags normally. If there are no bags, the system issues a no-bag alarm signal, and the packaging machine automatically pauses. After new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the packaging process resumes.
The main function of the bag holding and transferring mechanism is to clamp the mouth of the filled bag, transfer the bag through the bag mouth guide station, and move it into the bag sewing machine / heat sealing machine. After sealing, the bag is pushed onto the conveyor. This mechanism mainly consists of a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate.
