Product Description
The third-generation automatic flap disc machine is specifically designed for the production of abrasive flap discs and non-woven flap discs. This machine can automatically pick up the backing, detect the backing, apply glue in a precise amount, cut and place the flaps, and automatically pick up the finished flap discs after shaping. It has a high degree of automation, allowing for remote monitoring and maintenance, and the flaps are arranged evenly. This not only improves efficiency but also ensures stable quality. With a single operator, it can produce 6000 pieces in 8 hours.
