The high shear homogenizing structure, made with advanced German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With an impressive emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system ensures effortless product discharge. We also offer customizable fixed covers to help reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature guarantees aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking capability prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
