1.2.Feature
1.2.1.Capstans are driven by servo motors directly and separately. Because of no gear, it costs less power, makes less noise and is easy to maintain. It can keep same performance after several years later. Compared with this new model, the speed of traditional machine will decrease because of gear abrasion.
1.2.2.Because the speed of each capstan is driven by servo motor, the speed is adjustable. When customer want to change the output wire size, it only needs to change the final die, because the other dies do not need to be changed to match gear ratio.
1.2.3.Traversing is driven by servo motor. It can calculate traversing speed automatically. Direction changing does not need sensor, and it can traverse in two direction according to spool width, which increase traversing reliability.
1.2.4.There is a remote monitoring system to monitor the core running parameters and send them back to our service department. It is easy to maintain the machine.

2.1.Operation is through Siemens touch screen, which can display operation technical parameters and fault.2.2.Spool loading and unloading are full-automatically, and no need operator involved. Full spool can be automatically transferred out of spooler room, which can guarantee safety of operators.
2.3.Spool clamping and wire pressing are regulated by pneumatic, so the speed is adjustable.
2.4.Traverse is regulated by T type screw, driven by a servo motor, which can automatically follow the speed of take-up motor, to realize high quality traversing. Direction changing is automatically without detection.
2.5.Dual spooler has a wire holding mechanism, which can avoid wire wounded when it is loose during spool changing. It avoids the waste of external layer wire of the spool. It also has a wire pressing head at the bottom of spool to avoid wire from wasting when stranding.
2.6.It has an air pressure sensor. When air pressure is lower than set value, it will send out a stop signal. It is safe and reliable. 2.7.The spooler is full welding structure. It is compact, good rigidity, and easy for installation.
2.8.Siemens' human machine interface is adopted for monitoring and displaying operation and diagnosis.
2.9.Meter counting signal comes from main machine.
