Automatic welding machine line with punching and cutting function. it is mainly used for the two length edges processing for fabric, for the other two short edges working, need to work with other machines. for this line, be controlled by PLC and touch screen, user only to set up the required parameter, then all done automatically. it including three large parts, welding machine+ eyelet punching machine +cutting machine. for the welding machine, to joint rolls together, sealing in the middle, edge welding with rope insert. then punch eyelet on the two length edges. normally, it equip with 6set eyelet machine, 3 set on the right side, 3 set on the left side. min eyelet distance 30cm, eyelet quantity can be set up as needed. each group or each set eyelet machine is independent, can be moved in horizontal or vertical line. finally, cutting machine, to cut sheets as required length.

We would like to protect our products good ,so small parts will use plywood box,but large volume will be nuded packing, and wrap key position with waterproof paper.
