2.1 Cell feeding
1.Manually push the pallet with the battery cell into the positioning mechanism for positioning, a total of 4 incoming storage positions, to achieve one standby and one use, two place the battery cell positioning foam area, car detection or the battery cell pallet in place, the six-axis robot automatically grasp the battery cell to the charging level of the battery cell, the robot palm with CCD vision system, anti-fall, anti-short circuit, insulation functions.

2.2 Cell Scan code

1.Complete the OCV, ACR test and polarity reversal of the battery cell, test the OK cell to transfer to the next station, and the NG cell to the NG station.

2.4 Module stack
1.The stack is automatically stacked by robots. After the pre-stacked battery cells are completed on the pre-stacked platform, the module robot will pick up the stacked modules and place them on the horizontal workbench, and stack them repeatedly until the module cells are stacked.

1.According to the test process requirements, complete the EOL test, including the total voltage of the module, the total internal resistance, the total voltage resistance of the positive/negative opposite shell, the total positive/negative opposite shell insulation test.

2.6 Module offline
1.The crane gantry grab module is connected to PACK to process the segment line body and grab the heavy load of 200kg.
