Description
1. Vacuum dry is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition heating and drying. It use vacuum pump to pump damp and make the working chamber from vacuum status. Therefore the dry speed of raw material is quickened and the energy is saved greatly.
2. Vacuum dryer is divided into static and dynamic drier. Model FZG round vacuum drier or Model FZG square vacuum drier belong to static drier. Model SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier belongs to dynamic drier. When raw material is drying, it is in static state and its shape cannot destroy. Before drying, it can carry out the treatment of disinfection. And when the raw material is dried in dynamic drier, it is turned over ceaselessly, so, it can be fried better and more uniformly.
3. In the state of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will be dropped. Therefore it is suitable for drying raw materials that are unstable or thermal sensitive. The vacuum drier also has good sealing. So it is also suitable for drying the material with intense stimulation or toxic gases, and the solvent needs to recover.
4. The Vacuum drier has been widely used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry and so on. It is conformity with the requirements of GMP.

Remarks: SZ water recycling vacuum pump can be coupled with the mechanical boost pump to increase the vacuum rate.
