Our FRP Pultrusion manufacturing process is a cutting-edge, continuous production method designed to craft fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Using a variety of reinforcing fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, and even carbon, these fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix, comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They then pass through a pre-forming station, achieving the stratification necessary to bestow the profile with its strategic properties. Post pre-forming, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly pulled through a heated die to ensure thorough polymerization of the resin.

1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
