Product Description
Gabion mesh is made of low-carbon steel wire with high corrosion resistance, high strength and ductility or the above steel wire coated with PVC by mechanical weaving. The box-shaped structure made of this mesh is the gabion mesh box. According to ASTM and EN standards, the diameter of the low-carbon steel wire used varies according to the engineering design requirements. Generally, it is between 2.0-4.0mm. The tensile strength of the gabion mesh steel wire is not less than 38kg/m2, and the weight of the metal coating is generally higher than 245g/m2. The edge wire diameter of the gabion mesh is generally larger than the diameter of the mesh wire. The length of the double-wire twisted part shall not be less than 50mm to ensure that the metal coating and PVC coating of the twisted part of the steel wire are not damaged.
