FRP Pipe, Referred To As FRP Pipe, Is A Composite Pipe Made Of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic And Mortar. The Surface Layer Is Wrapped By Glass Fiber Bundles, And The Middle Layer And Back Layer Are Composed Of Mortar Materials And Bonded By Technology. It Has Good Acid And Alkali Resistance, Water Resistance, Corrosion Resistance, Impact Resistance, Heat Resistance, And Other Characteristics.
FRP Sand-Filled Pipe Is Made Of Thermosetting Resin As Matrix, Glass Fiber And Its Products As Reinforcing Material, And Is Made By Computer-Controlled Mechanical Winding Process. From The Process Structure, It Can Be Divided Into Pure FRP Pipe And FRP Sand Pipe. The Main Difference Between The Two Is That The Former Is A Fiber-Wound Solid FRP Structure, And The Latter Is Formed By Continuous Fiber Winding And Sand Inclusion Technology. The Middle Layer Of The Pipe Wall Is Made The Resin Mortar Layer Is Used To Increase The Thickness Of The Pipe Wall, Improve The Strength Of The Pipe, And Enhance The Ability To Resist External Loads.
