Inner Surface Layer, It Is Corrosion-Resist Layer, And Composed Of Gel Coat And Surface Mat, The Content Of Resin Is More Than 90%, The Thickness Is 0.5Mm.
Secondary Inner Surface Layer, It Is Leakage-Proof Layer, Adopts E-Glass Chopped Mat And Resin, The Content Of The Resin Is 70%-75%. The Thickness Isn'T Less Than 2.1Mm, This Layer Can Efficiently Prevent The Extension Of Fine Cracks On Inner Surface. So It Plays A Role Of Double Protection.
Structural Layer, This Layer Reinforces The Inner Surface Layer And Secondary Inner Surface Layer, Resisting The External Load And Guarantee Rigidity And Strength. It Adopts The Combination Of E-Glass Fiber And Woven Glass Fabric, The Content Of The Resin Is 50±5%. The Thickness Depends On The Calculation Of The Specific Condition.
Outer Surface Layer, It Is Ageing Resistant Layer. The Resin Be Adopted Which Includes Ultraviolet Absorbent, So It Can Efficiently Prevent Ageing Under The Ultraviolet Radiation Outdoors. The Thickness Is 0.5Mm.
