Application
1. Ideal for early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concrete. Perfect for premix cast-in-place concrete in diverse industrial and civil infrastructures, especially for low-grade commercial concrete.

How to Use

1. This product is a colorless to light yellow liquid. Standard dosage involves mixing 0-30% of this mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor, alongside other minor components, to formulate a complete water-reducing agent. The typical usage of this agent is about 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to utilizing this product, or when switching the type and batch of cement and gravel, adaptation tests must be conducted to ensure compatibility. Test results should inform the proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While generally not used alone, this product can be combined with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to reduce concrete slump loss. It can also be compounded with other agents for additional functions like retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be determined through testing and formulation technology.
4. This product is compatible with other admixtures, such as early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders, provided appropriate testing is conducted before use. However, it should not be mixed with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. To achieve unparalleled concrete quality, ensure the concrete cement and mix ratio are determined through pre-testing. During application, blend the mixed and measured water by adding it to the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct a thorough mixing test beforehand to guarantee the superior quality and performance of your concrete.
6. In scenarios where active admixtures like fly ash and slag are constituents of the concrete mix, it is imperative to account for the water-reducing agent as part of the total cementitious material. This meticulous calculation ensures optimal performance and longevity of the concrete.
