Gas air flow sensor with temperature and humidity sensor module AFM3001
AFM3001 is a sensor that can measure the flow of air, oxygen, and other non corrosive gases with high accuracy. AFM3001 is internally connected by a self-developed thermal sensing chip and a high-performance CMOS microprocessor integrated with 24 bit AD acquisition.
The air duct adopts a special design to reduce the pressure loss of the fluid passing through the sensor, making its performance suitable for various harsh application scenarios. AFM3001 can also read the temperature and humidity data of the gas flowing through the air duct, supporting bidirectional measurement.

Application
Automobile Engine
Install MAF sensor in the air intake pipe of automobile engine, real-time monitor the air flow into the link, calculate the gas mixture concentration in the cylinder, optimize the engine combustion, improve fuel economy.
Industrial Drying
MAF sensors are installed in the airflow pipeline of industrial dryers to monitor changes in air flow to control the heating temperature, ensure uniform heating of materials and reduce energy loss.
Air conditioning airflow
Installation of MAF sensor in the airflow output of air conditioner, feedback airflow signal, by comparing the set value to adjust the speed of the fan, to achieve accurate air conditioning airflow control.
Gas flow
Installation of MAF in gas meter or industrial gas flow pipeline to measure real-time gas flow through the amount of gas consumption measurement statistics, to achieve accurate billing.
Aircraft Engine
MAFs are installed in front of aircraft turbojet engines to detect air flow and velocity, calculate air intake, and ensure optimal combustion efficiency of the engine at different flight altitudes.
