Description:
The Pilot Burner is a product derived from specific gas appliances that require specific burning characteristics. It is available in two types: thermoelectric type safety device and ion-detection safety device. The Pilot Burner is assembled with an electrode, pilot, and either a thermocouple or a detection needle.

ODS Pilot Burner:
The ODS Pilot Burner, also known as ODS, is designed for gas appliances operating in unvented spaces. When burning, the oxygen in the unvented space is involved in a chemical reaction, producing CO2 and H2O. This leads to a decrease in oxygen content and an increase in CO2 content. Oxygen content below 16% to 17% can cause discomfort, while CO2 content above 4% can lead to toxicosis.
The ODS Pilot Burner ensures safe operation in unvented spaces by cutting off the energy source when oxygen content reaches 18.5% to 19.5% and CO2 content reaches 0.8% to 1.5%. This guarantees personal safety and prevents any potential hazards.
