Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment, or 100% LC at sight.

Yes, we can. We have been in cooperation with SKD/CKD customers from Pakistan, India, Brazil, Vietnam. The SKD/CKD format is customized.
