The glass laser cutting and splitting machine has the following product features:
High processing accuracy
Accurate positioning: equipped with natural marble platform and base frame, The X/Y linear motor axis can achieve a repeat positioning of ± 2 μ m, with a positioning accuracy of ≤ 2um and a repeat accuracy of ≤ 1.5um.
Fine cutting: Using picosecond level ultra short pulse laser technology, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.002mm, the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.002mm, and the cutting accuracy is extremely high.
Good edge quality: Smooth cutting edge, small edge breakage, edge breakage<5um, can effectively control the size of the breakage.
High processing efficiency
Fast cutting speed: Both linear and angular cutting speeds are fast, with a maximum linear cutting speed of 140mm/s and a maximum angular cutting speed of 300mm/s.
Dual platform interactive operation: Large format dual load platform interactive operation can maximize the use of laser processing and improve laser utilization. The dual platform reciprocating interaction doubles the efficiency compared to a single platform.
Excellent processing quality
Low thermal impact: Non contact processing, laser single point action time is short, belongs to cold processing technology, small thermal impact area, can avoid stress concentration, microcracks and other defects in glass materials.
No debris pollution: There is no glass debris generated during the processing, no pollution, no consumables, avoiding the debris, fragments, and micro cracks generated by traditional mechanical cutting, and no need for subsequent cleaning processes.
High edge strength: It has a natural tempering effect on the glass edge, and the edge quality strength is very high, about 30% higher than the average strength of traditional mechanical cutting.
