Product Description




Glass Microfiber Air Filter Media is made of glass microfiber wool. It is produced by wet-forming method and has characteristics of fiber well-distributed, high dust-hold capacity, low resistance and high intensity, it is an ideal material for air filter. According to their filter efficiency, the products are divided into three series (ASHRAE, HEPA and ULPA).
It's widely used in home air conditioners, room air purifiers, vacuum exhaust filters, HEPA filters, ULPA filters, photographic film manufacturing, microelectronic component (manufacture and assembly), paint spray booth, Pharmaceutical processing, etc.
It's composed primarily of glass microfibers and is produced with a wet laid process which enables the media to have even fiber distribution, easy-pleating, high dust holding capacity, high efficiency, low air resistance, thermal isolation, inflamng retarding and high strength as characteristics. This is an ideal material for air filtration. Zisun own 3 ranges of product: ASHREA, HEPA and ULPA which are graded according to international standard, to offer a large range of choices for our customers.
Having a great filtration efficiency for PM2.5 and PM10, glass microfiber filter media Is widely used in the high-end air filtration environment such as industrial clean room. It is also partially applied in civil use. Depending on the different reequipments of clients, our product can be designed, produced and supplied in compliance with national or international standards such as EN779/ISO16890.
Application area:
(1)ASHREA: air conditioning system, gas turbine and air compressor etc.
(2)HEPA: CL-10K/100K clean room, fresh air system. It's widely used in shopping mall, hospital, housing, livestock sectors. It can also be applied in nuclear power plant exhaust, high-end vacuum cleaner, air purifier and gas mask.
(3)ULPA: primarily used in chip factory and CL-100/10/1 clean room in semiconductor, microelectronics, biopharmaceutical, operating room, special medical treatment environment.
