Spiral chute process flow
- According to the process flow, the sand pump transports the ore to the two feed ports at the top of the spiral, and adds an appropriate amount of supplementary water to adjust the slurry concentration.
- During this process, the slurry naturally forms a high-level downward swirling flow, which generates an inertial centrifugal force in the rotating slope flow rate.
- Due to the differences in the specific gravity, particle size, shape, etc. of the ore, the effective separation of the ore and sand is achieved through the gravity and centrifugal force of the swirling flow.
- The concentrate will flow into the concentrate hopper and be smoothly discharged through the pipeline, while the tailings will flow into the tailings hopper and be transported to the sand tank through the pipeline, and finally discharged from the system through the sand pump.
