Features
1. The filling volume and filling speed are easily adjustable. It is easy to change bottles of different specifications and shapes without changing parts and easy to adjust.
2. The feed pipe of the equipment is equipped with a start rotary valve, which can be closed in time while filling the material to prevent the material from being filled. Reverse flow of materials occurs, which improves the accuracy of filling materials.
3. The filling head is equipped with an anti-drip device, and there is no wire drawing or dripping during filling.
4. This machine adds a heating and temperature control device to the original vertical bucket filling machine, and is equipped with a stirrer. It is heated by a water circulation compartment. It is suitable for filling wax products, lipsticks, jams, and materials that need to be heated to dissolve.
5. According to the actual situation, it can be freely switched between "manual" and "automatic".
6. The filling speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the material. To prevent the filling speed from being too fast during the filling process, causing the material to overflow out of the bottle.
7. Pneumatic control and mechanical positioning ensure that the filling accuracy is within ±0.5%.
