        Suction sewage truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, and transports sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. The dedicated part of the sewage suction truck consists of a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a vacuum sewage pump, a pressure tank body, a hydraulic part, a pipe network system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a fecal window, a hand washing device, etc. The vehicle is equipped with a high-power vacuum sewage pump and a high-quality hydraulic system. The tank head is formed by one-time die-casting, the tank body can be opened backwards, and the double top is self dumping. The dirt inside the tank can be directly dumped through the back cover, which has the characteristics of high vacuum degree (greater than the suction force of the suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, and wider application.

1. Application Scope:
The Attraction Pressure Delivery Vehicle is widely applicable in various industries (ironmaking, steelmaking, metallurgy, energy and chemical, energy and power, glass manufacturing, cement manufacturing, flour milling, and grain) for the internal and external transportation of various types of dust generated during production (including sintering, coking, metallurgical de-siliconization, de-sulfurization, de-phosphorization agents, blast furnace, and converter dust, lime powder, rolling chips, coke powder, metallurgical de-siliconization agents, flour, grain, and other particulate materials) (when transporting flour, it is necessary to install anti-static and explosion-proof components).
This vehicle is suitable for the operation and transportation of dust on hardened flat roads. During vehicle operation, negative pressure is used for loading (positive pressure can be used when conditions in the hopper allow); the dust-containing air that has been filtered meets national environmental protection emission standards.

Replaces the original manual bagging, reducing work intensity and avoiding occupational diseases.

3. Workflow:
When the vehicle arrives at the supply warehouse, the vacuum suction system is activated to draw materials into the vehicle's storage tank through the ground facility's supply system, and an automatic alarm will trigger when the tank is full.
When the vehicle arrives at the receiving warehouse, the discharge system is activated to push the logistics from the vehicle's storage tank into the receiving warehouse through the ground warehouse's receiving system.
