★ Product Introduction
GPCS300 multi-functional truck mounted well drill is a new type, efficient, functional hydraulic drill, mainly used for drilling water wells, monitoring well,
geothermal air conditioning hole, water and electricity cofferdam grouting hole, damn grouting seepage holes, foundation reinforcement grouting hole,
open mining, anchoring, national defence engineering and all kinds of other deep hole drilling process, because the drill is equipped with high power hydraulic motor,
hydraulic drill arm, high wind pressure DTH hammer, so its efficiency is much higher than other similar drills.
★ Power Train system
Power train use Cumins 132KW engine
to drive large displacement hydraulic pump,
which has strong power and stable performance.
The air filter is composed of air pre-filter, air fine
filter and tertiary filter, it can protect the engine to
work normally under very bad working condition.
★ Rotation unit
The rotation unit is installed on the sliding framework.
Through a manual reversing valve to control 2 hydraulic
rotation motors drive, then make the rotation box output
dual-speed and dual-torque so that the drill can adapt to
different working condition.
★ Mud pump
The mud pump system is composed of hydraulic pump
driven by diesel engine, motor and mud pump. During
the drilling process, it provides the mud.
★ Operating platform
Operating platform is composed of console, manual reversing
valve, pressure relief valve, speed control valve, oil pressure
gauge, engine instruments, cable accelerator etc. All the
control functions are integrated on the operating platform,
convenient for operation and improve efficiency. The operator
can stand on the big pedal to work.
★ Unscrew type centering device
Unscrew type centering device is divided into two parts, the
external part adopts pin hinge and can manually unscrew.
It can provide wide working space above the hole, the
dust-proof cover ensures the clean working environment.
★ Main hoist system
This system is composed of hydraulic winch installed on the
frame, supporting framework installed in the top of sliding
frame, steel rope,hook components etc.
Hoisting height can reach 8 meters and hoisting weight can
reach 4 t (or 8 t), it can finish the auxiliary hoisting and rod down.
