Product Description

Graphite and Pyrite Depressant DCS-A in Mining Flotation Process

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Product name: Depressant DCS-A

Appearance: Light yellow to yellow brown solid powder;

Dosage: The concentration of the prepared solution of this product is ≤1.5%. It should be added to the flotation process at the reference point on site. It is generally added to the mixing tank or flotation tank, or can be added to the ball mill. The dosage is 50-1000 g/t of raw ore.

Usage: Mainly used to depress fine-grained carbon minerals such as graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon, and has a significant depressant effect on pyrite. It is applied in the flotation of non-ferrous metal sulfide ores containing carbon and pyrite. By selectively targeting graphite, organic carbon, free carbon, and pyrite, the surfaces of graphite, organic carbon, free carbon, and pyrite are strongly hydrophilic, effectively improving the grade and recovery rate of the target mineral concentrate.

PACKAGING:
25kg/bag, 750kg/bag

STORAGE:
  1. Store in a shaded, well ventilated place;
  2. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents, strong reducing reagents, or open flames
