This foaming line consists of chain driven system, foam jigs, oven, foam device stage, steam heater and exhausting system, injection manipulator, locking organization, conveyor trolley, rail of opening & closing cover, auxiliary blocking mold tools and equipped pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc. This line mainly obeys the working order as below:
1. Automatic/Manual loading cabinet
2. Closing mold by jigs
3. Automatic/Manual vertical injection
4. Circular driving
5. Heating solid cycle
6. Unlocking by jigs
7. Opening jigs
8. Automatic/Manual unloading cabinet
9. Cleaning foams
