The Grundfos NKGE end - suction long - coupled pump is a non - self - priming single - stage centrifugal volute pump with an axial suction port, a radial discharge port, and a horizontal shaft. When you need a pump for applications with harsh variations in flow requirements, the NKGE can be equipped with an 11 kW permanent - magnet MGE motor, an integrated variable - frequency drive, and IE5 efficiency, ensuring high efficiency at all times.
The design of the long - coupled pump, with an intermediate coupling, makes it easy to maintain. The main dimensions of the NKGE pump comply with the ISO 2858 standard. All Grundfos end - suction pumps are tested against the acceptance class standard of ISO9906:2012 before leaving the factory.

The flanges are of the PN 16 type, and their dimensions conform to the EN 1092 - 1 standard. This water pump has an axial suction port, a radial discharge port, and a horizontal shaft. It adopts a back - pull - out design, enabling maintenance personnel to disassemble the coupling, bearing bracket, and impeller without loosening the motor, pump casing, and pipes. The unbalanced O - type shaft seal meets the DIN EN 12756 standard. An air - cooled, base - mounted permanent - magnet synchronous motor is installed on the water pump. The pump body and the motor are mounted on the same base frame. The motor's terminal box contains a frequency converter and a PI controller. This enables the system to continuously adjust the motor speed, allowing the water pump to be adjusted to the optimal operating state according to environmental conditions. |  |
