The factory covers an area of 38 acres and is a shuttleless loom manufacturing and weaving solution service provider that integrates research and development, manufacturing, and sales.
The company has a research and development technology center (technology department and quality department), marketing center (domestic sales department and after-sales service department), international trade department, finance department, manufacturing department (processing workshop, painting workshop, final assembly workshop), warehousing department, procurement department, and administrative department.

The development of Guichun Technology has gone through the joint efforts and struggles of three generations of textile practitioner. Since the 1970s, Mr. Li Jinggui (formerly the Executive Vice General Manager of Qingdao Yinchun), the former Chairman and founder of Guichun Machinery, has been working hard in the textile industry. After the company's stock reform, he founded Qingdao Guichun Machinery Co., Ltd. and worked hard until retirement.
