Features and performance:
1. The main components of this machine are the main frame, feed conveyor, discharge conveyor, traction centering system, welding system, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.
2. The main framework consist of an upper entrance and a lower base section. The upper department can press and support the beam wall. Four sets of guide rail systems provide stable and reliable direction.
3. When positioning the wall frame and shelf, hydraulic transmission is used. Mechanical synchronous fixtures and centering systems are used on both sides to achieve automatic positioning and centering. It also provides an eccentric wheel for fine-tuning.
During the assembly process of I-beams, an automatic hydraulic lifting bracket is used to stop the material at the end and ensure alignment between the wall end and the shelf.

5. In the welding device setting unit, the position can be adjusted up and down and left/right, and can also be rotated to a certain angle to ensure high accuracy of the weld position.
6. In proper installation, the use of pressure hydraulic cylinders has the characteristics of high correction performance and easy adjustment.

7. The machine tool is equipped with a 4-meter-long input conveyor (2 parts, one of which is electrically driven). The export conveyor is 12 meters long. It consists of two lifting conveyors used to support I-beam steel beams.
8. There is a traction system at the front end, consisting of three traction units, used for centering the wall and frame once.
9. The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump is manufactured by a professional company, which is easy to maintain and has a long service life.

10. The welding system includes the Chinese 1250 device or can be selected according to the customer's preference.
