Basic Information
The H-150 slide valve vacuum pump is a type of oil-sealed rotary variable volume mechanical vacuum pump. The "H" represents "slide valve vacuum pump", which is the first letter of "HUA" in Chinese pinyin, and "150" indicates the geometric pumping speed of 150 L/s.
- Horizontal Structure: The connection between the guide hole of the H-150 piston vacuum pump and the center of the pump cavity is at a 30° angle to the horizontal. There are two types of motors, side-mounted and overhead-mounted. The overhead-mounted type takes up less floor space.
- Exhaust Port Design: The oil tank is equipped with a side cover, and the exhaust port is set on it. This design enhances the ability to prevent oil injection at high inlet pressures, reducing oil consumption and environmental pollution.
- Oil Way System: Oil enters the oil pump from the oil tank through an oil filter, then into the oil box, and is distributed to both ends of the pump chamber. The oil from friction parts such as between the piston and the guide rail and the eccentric wheel flows back to the oil tank through the exhaust valve.
Working Principle
The motor drives the shaft to rotate, and the eccentric wheel drives the slide valve to move. The slide valve divides the pump cylinder into an intake chamber and an exhaust chamber. As the slide valve moves, the volume of the intake chamber increases, sucking in gas from the inlet. Then, the intake chamber is converted into an exhaust chamber, and as the volume of the exhaust chamber decreases, the gas is compressed and discharged through the exhaust valve after passing through the oil-gas separator.

- Low Vibration and Noise: The bearing seal chamber is separately supplied with oil, which is separated from the pump chamber, preventing impurities from entering the bearing and causing premature seal damage.
