HDPE LDPE PP PE PLA plastic polymer nylon fully automatic single layer laboratory small film blowing machine
The small film blowing machine refers to the technological process that the double-folded plastic film made by compressed air huffing, vane cooling and frequency conversion traction and the plastic melt being extruded through dies at a certain temperature and certain cutting force.
The small film blowing machine consisted of single screw extruder and film blowing tower. It is mainly used for testing the film blowing feasibility of polymer materials and the colloid status contained in the materials.

Screw/Feeding barrel material for small film blowing machine:
38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC55~60, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, nitriding depth≥0.6mm.
Electric control system for small film blowing machine:
PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system, can dynamically display and monitor extrusion process, including temperature control, driving, pressure, interlocking spreading function.
2. Film blowing tower

Compressed air 0 -6 bar, can be fine adjusted and stabilized.

Blower flow 30 L/min, can be fine adjusted and stabilized.
