Product Description

HDPE Geomembrane is a impermeable polymer liner and the largest type of geosynthetics. It is used for a wide and growing range of applications, including fish water ponds, shrimp water ponds, artificial lake, landfills, lagoons, channels and ornamental ponds, and are found in environmental, geotechnical, transport and hydraulic applications, in addition to other engineering works.

HDPE Smooth Geomembrane is a black, high quality, high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane produced from specially formulated polyethylene resin. The polyethylene resin is designed specifically for flexible and durable geomembrane applications.

HDPE Smooth Geomembrane contains approximately 97.5% polyethylene, 2.2% carbon black and trace amounts of antioxidants and heat stabilisers. HDPE Smooth Geomembrane has outstanding chemical resistance, mechanical properties, environmental stress crack resistance, dimensional stability and thermal aging characteristics.

HDPE Smooth Geomembrane has excellent resistance to UV radiation and is suitable for exposed applications. These product specifications meet or exceed GRI-GM13.

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner is one of the most widely used geomembranes in the world. It is a durable and flexible material that is designed to protect the environment, prevent water loss, and provide a variety of other benefits. Here are 20 characteristics of HDPE liner that make it a popular choice:

1. Resistant to chemicals: HDPE liner is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and hydrocarbons.

2. UV-resistant: HDPE liner is resistant to UV radiation, which makes it ideal for use in areas with high levels of sunlight exposure.

3. Stable under extreme temperatures: HDPE liner can withstand extreme temperatures and remain stable.

4. Flexible: HDPE liner is highly flexible and can conform to irregular surfaces.

5. Strong and durable: HDPE liner is strong and durable, which makes it resistant to punctures and tears.

6. High tensile strength: HDPE liner has high tensile strength, which means it can withstand heavy loads and pressure.

7. Lightweight: HDPE liner is lightweight, which makes it easy to transport and install.

8. Waterproof: HDPE liner is waterproof, which makes it ideal for lining ponds, reservoirs, and other water containment structures.

HDPE geomembrane how to use for Wastewater Treatment Process.
HDPE geomembranes are an excellent choice in wastewater treatment processes, and here's why. First and foremost, it is a highly effective barrier that prevents contaminants from escaping into the surrounding environment. Additionally, it is flexible and durable, making it ideal for a variety of applications.

To use HDPE geomembrane for wastewater treatment, the first step is to properly prepare the site. This usually involves excavating the area, removing any organic material, and compacting the soil to ensure a stable foundation. Once the site is ready, the geomembrane can be installed.

Geomembranes are typically laid out in large sheets and then welded together at the seams using specialized equipment. This creates a seamless barrier that can withstand the harsh conditions of wastewater treatment. After a geomembrane is installed, it can be covered with soil or other materials to provide additional protection and stability.

One of the main advantages of using HDPE geomembrane in wastewater treatment is its ability to prevent water loss. This is especially important where water is scarce or expensive to treat. In addition, geomembranes can help prevent contaminants from migrating into groundwater sources, protecting human health and the environment.

Overall, HDPE geomembranes are an excellent choice for wastewater treatment processes. Its durability, flexibility and effectiveness make it a reliable solution for a range of applications, from industrial wastewater treatment to municipal sewage treatment. By using HDPE geomembranes, we can ensure that our water resources are protected and conserved for future generations.
Landscape Projects

Artificial lake, pond, the bottom of pond in Golf course, revetment etc. The selection of geomembrane thickness depends on the size of the pond area.
Environmental Protection

For example, landfills, sewage treatment plants, power plant regulating pools, industrial and hospital solid waster, construction and blasting waste etc.

Water Conservancy

For example, seepage prevention, leakage stoppage, and reinforcement of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and slope protection, etc.

Municipal Engineering

For example, tunnel, subway, underground works of buildings and roof cisterns, impervious roof garden, lining of sewage pipes, etc.

Mining Industry

For example, anti seepage of bottom lining of washing pond, heap leaching pool, ash yard, dissolving pool, sedimentation tank, storage tard, tailings pond, etc.

Construction Method
1. The slope shall be laid in order from top to bottom. Don't pull it too tight.
2. Tow adjacent longitudinal joints should not be in a horizontal line, should bestaggered more than 1m each other.
3. Longitudinal joints should be more than 1.50m away from the dam foot and bending foot, and should be located on the plane.
4. When the slope is laid, the direction of spreading film should be basically parallel to the slope line.
5. The construction, first of all to use small diameter sand or clay levelingbase, and then laid the geomembrane. The geomembrane should not be stretched too tight, and the part of the soil bured at both ends is corrugated. A transitional layer of about 10cm is laid on the geomembrane with sand or clay.

FAQ

1. How is HDPE geomembrane manufactured?
HDPE geomembrane is manufactured through the process of extrusion, where molten polyethylene is extruded through a die to produce a flat sheet. The sheets are then welded together to produce a large area of liner.

2. What makes HDPE geomembrane ideal for gold mining heap leaching liner?
HDPE geomembrane is ideal for gold mining heap leaching liner due to its excellent chemical resistance to corrosive liquids and its ability to maintain its structural integrity even under high stress and extreme temperature conditions.

3. How does HDPE geomembrane protect the environment during gold mining heap leaching?
HDPE geomembrane acts as a barrier to prevent the leachate from contaminating the surrounding environment. This helps to protect the soil, groundwater, and surface water from contamination by toxic chemicals.

 4. Is HDPE geomembrane easy to install?
HDPE geomembrane is easy to install and can be welded together quickly and easily using a thermal fusion process. This makes it an efficient and cost-effective solution for gold mining heap leaching liner.

5. How long will HDPE geomembrane last?
HDPE geomembrane has a long service life and can last for over 50 years if installed correctly and maintained properly.

6. Is HDPE geomembrane safe for the environment?

HDPE geomembrane is safe for the environment and does not contain any harmful chemicals that could leach into the surrounding soil or groundwater.
