Q: Can you use foundry machining castings?
A: Yes, the CNC machine can machine material hardness from HB200 to HRC62. The maximum Machining length is 8m and maximum width is 4m.

Q: What information do we need to provide to you in order to confirm our parts order?
A: We provide OEM services, just need technical drawings for any non-standard products. If the order is for standard parts, you only have to provide us with the part number and the machine model, so we may define the parts of the order.

A: Every single product is strictly checked and well packed before delivery.
If something goes wrong when you use our products, please send us detailed photos of the wear part and the machine.
 That will help us to identify where the problem is. If it is a quality problem, we will make you new ones for free or refund you!

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A:Our lead time is generally 15-20 days for existing patterns, 45 days for new patterns.
