Safety:
- Surface low-load finned electric heating tubes, with the surface temperature less than 350 ºC, eliminating combustion and explosion hazards;
- Forced large-air-volume ventilation, which keeps the concentration of dangerous gases (such as VOCs) inside the oven always in a safe range;
- Exhaust pressure detection and alarm: heating will automatically stop when the exhaust is abnormal;
- It has a large-area venting door, which can minimize the loss in case of an accident;
- Interlocking control of the forced draft fan/circulating fan/heating power supply;
- High temperature combustible gas detection, control and alarm (optional).
- Highly-efficient energy-saving heat exchanger: recycling effluent heat;
- Thermal insulation material: high quality aluminum silicate wool; surface temperature ≤room temperature +15ºC
