Product Description
HALAL Certificate Food Grade Sodium Bicarbonate
Property:
Sodium Bicarbonate is white powder of crystals. Odorless white crystalline powder, Slightly alkaline (bitter) taste. PH (of freshly prepared 0.1 molar aqueous solution): 8.3 at 77 Fahrenheit degrees. PH ( of saturated solution): 8-9. Non-toxic. Stable in dry air, but slowly decomposes in moist air. Moderately water soluble. Decomposes slowly in water (accelerated by agitation). Sodium bicarbonate reacts exothermically with acids to generate non-toxic carbon dioxide gas. Decomposes when heated. Incompatible with acids, acidic salts (dopamine hydrochloride, pentazocine lactate, many alkaloidal salts) aspirin and bismuth salicylate.

CAS NO.: 144-55-8
Molecular Formula: NaHCO3
Specification:
Usage:
Sodium Bicarbonate powder/Sodium Bicarbonate Used as food fermentation, detergent ingredient, carbon dioxide foamer, pharmacy, leather, ore milling and metallurgy, detergent for wool, extinguisher and metal heat-treating, fiber and rubber industry, etc.

Production method:
Carbonization process: Natural soda is firstly dissolved into solution (Na2CO3) and filtrated. The clear solution is then fed to carbonizing tower; accordingly, CO2 is compressed and bubbled up from the bottom of the tower. After carbonization, the slurry will be flowed from the bottom and separated. Dried to the finished product.
Handling:
Use with adequate ventilation. Minimize dust generation and accumulation. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Avoid breathing vapors from heated material. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid ingestion and inhalation. Do not allow contact with water. Keep from contact with moist air and steam.

Storage:
Store in a thighly closed container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances. Store protected from moisture.
Package:
In 25kgs plastic woven bags.
