Features:
1. The "drying method" fast halogen moisture meter uses high-quality ring halogen lamps instead of infrared lamps to make the product heat evenly and greatly improve the measurement efficiency.
2. High-transmittance quartz glass is installed under the halogen lamp to make the product be heated more evenly and the halogen lamp be protected better.
3. The main purpose of the halogen moisture meter is to replace the oven method to improve our measurement efficiency, and the measurement can be completed within a few minutes (most specimen).
4. The electromagnetic force sensor makes the measurement data of the Mead moisture meter more stable. The maximum accuracy of the electromagnetic force sensor can reach 0.1mg, which is much better than the strain sensor on the market.
5. Humanized design One-button start automatically determines the end point. You can also use the timing mode, and a variety of measurement methods are available for you to choose.

Operations:
1. Place the empty sample pan on the sample pan holder and press the [Tare] key to remove the weight of the sample pan.
2. Spread the sample evenly on the sample pan. When the screen displays "OK", the system has recorded the sample weight.
3. Press the [Start] key to start the measurement. The instrument beeps when the measurement is completed. Press the [STOP] key to stop the beep.
4. The screen displays the sample moisture content MC% by default. Press the [Switch] key to switch to display the solid content DC% and the weight after drying g.
