Steel Body: At JYF we are using 42crmo alloy steel, one of the highest grade of steel material. It has a hardness of up to 42-55 HRC which offers strength to the tungsten carbide tip.
Hard facing: We use specially made CR-W or chromium to make wear-resisting welded layer on the tools with the hardness of up to 55hrc-60hrc. In addition, CR-W has excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance performance.

If the product is manufactured according to the sample or drawing standard, how long does the production cycle take?
The first order will need to be processed from mold design to the production of the finished product. The production cycle takes 45-50 days, but if the mold is already available, the production cycle is 30 days.
The most materials we use are Tungsten carbide, alloy steel, carbon steel and Wear-resistant welding materials such as YG6, YG8, YG10, YG11, YG13, YG16, YK20, 42Crmo, 40Cr, 35Crmo, 60Si2Mn, 65Mn, C35, C45, 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5, 8620H, 20CrMnTi, 35MnB, etc. Other materials are also optional. Before placing an order, please confirm the materials to us, or we can suggest suitable materials to you according to your product specifications.

Yes, you can add a logo on the mold. The specific style is determined by the customer. If it is a well-known trademark, the authorization of the trademark holder is required. no need for burrs.
Actually, we don't have an exact MOQ. But for orders with an amount of less than US$7000, our delivery terms are EXW. For orders with an amount of more than US$7000, the terms of delivery are all FOB. But if your order quantity is not less than a complete container or more, you can save more on shipping costs.

The goods will be packaged according to your requirements and protected before delivery. If the customer does not request, the export packaging is generally iron pallets, and the port defaults to Ningbo Port.
