Equipment Brief introduction:
This series equipment is designed for hard and super hard protective coatings on cutting tools and mould , It equipped with a plurality of circular ARC cathode evaporation source, Through the double pulse arc controllable magnetic field technology ( PMA II ) to deposit high performance hard film on all kinds of tools, molds and other pieces of structure components. and also can deposit a variety of special film according to customer's requirements.
It most used in precision mould industry(dies, shear mould, standard mould and moulding mould ect), tool industry(drill, inserts, endmills, broaches, screw tap and gear cutter .etc) automobile industry(cylinder piston, piston ring and parts etc)and textile industry(rings, oil needle, rotating shuttle)
Main coating composition: Tin, Crn,ALTIN,ALCrn, TiCN, TIAlCrN, TiAlSin, hard film,multilayer coating, Garded coating,Nano coating.
