How we maintenance steering rack?

3)regularly check the hydraulic system of the pipe joints whether there is oil leakage phenomenon, hydraulic tubing should avoid friction with other parts as far as possible, in order to prevent the breakage of gas, at the same time, the hydraulic hose should be periodically replaced, to prevent the plastic tube peeling plug pipe,
4) in the maintenance of the steering gear, should be properly installed, especially the worm gear, worm between the Assembly, Steel ball must be installed Shang, while the steel slide rails are not deformed, hydraulic oil distribution valve and piston wall to clean, select high-quality, model matching oil seal to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil;

Another situation is that when we turn the direction, the chassis makes a clicking sound, which may be caused by the steering tie rod ball joint or the chassis control arm having an excessive gap.
Another situation is that the gap between the top strut mount of our shock absorbers is too large, and there will be abnormal noise when turning.
