XRC-II Heat pulse thermal conductivity tester

   The XRC-II thermal conductivity tester is based on the "heat pulse" test method. It is suitable for determining the thermal conductivity, heat storage coefficient, temperature conductivity coefficient and specific heat of concrete uniform plate, colloidal, powdered and granular materials under dry or different wet conditions. Simple device, high accuracy, fast test speed, reference standard: JGJT12-2019 light aggregate concrete application technical standard, etc. The basic principle of the instrument, based on the principle of unsteady thermal conductivity, is to heat the experimental material for a short time to make the temperature of the experimental material change. According to the characteristics of the change, the thermal conductivity coefficient, the thermal conductivity coefficient and the specific heat of the experimental material can be calculated through the solution of the thermal conductivity differential equation. The instrument adopts embedded control, and can also be used with upper computer for data processing and control analysis.
