Our machines, tailored to be compact and efficient, are designed for seamless transportation. We offer two robust shipping methods: full container transportation and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) transportation. For full container shipments, wooden boxes are typically not required. Instead, we meticulously wrap all machine spare parts with protective materials to prevent any damage. These parts are then strategically placed within the container and secured firmly using strapping or iron wire, ensuring they remain immobile during transit.
For LCL shipments, each machine is carefully placed into a sturdy wooden box. We take extra precautions by wrapping all spare parts securely to avoid any potential damage. Additionally, we employ rigorous reinforcement measures to ensure the machine remains stable and intact throughout the shipping process.
Following this, the plates are expertly bent into the required shapes, while axis parts undergo precise lathing, milling, and drilling processes. The machine components are then seamlessly welded or bolted together to ensure maximum durability and functionality.
Once all parts are completed and the main frame is constructed, they will undergo high-quality painting or coating. The next phase involves meticulous machine assembly and comprehensive testing to ensure optimum performance.
Machines that pass rigorous quality control checks are then carefully packaged and prepared for prompt delivery.
