The equipment's robust construction includes various integral parts: the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part. Each component is designed to work in harmony to deliver unparalleled performance.
The entire machine boasts a frame structure, with the lower row of working rollers securely fixed on the lower machine base and the upper row of working rollers mounted on the movable crossbeam. This crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at specific angles, adapting to plates of different thicknesses. To guarantee impeccable leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are outfitted with support rollers, ensuring precision and reliability with every use.
Friendly reminder: The equipment is designed to operate for 26 days per month, with a robust schedule of three shifts per day, ensuring continuous productivity and efficiency.
