Wuxi Qiangtong Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. Till now has 18 years experience in manufacturing short cycle hot press machine for laminating melamine faced board, which is widely used for making furniture panel and HDF flooring.

Qiangtong has 14000 square meters workshop and 120 employees, yearly output capacity is max. 500 sets press machines. Qiangtong started exporting machines to foreign countries since 2008, till now has installed machines over 20 countries. Now we have about 30% output export abroad in average.

Part 2 - Application

Short cycle hot press machine is for producing melamine/phenolic laminated boards:

• Core board: MDF, Particle Board, Chipboard, & Plywood etc.
• Surface material: Melamine paper, Phenolic film, & Veneer

The surface texture is depended by the stainless-steel chrome plate which is installed inside hot press machine. The press machine is pressing the board touching by chrome plate. That is how the surface design came out. It has various designs such as glossy, matt, suede, woodgrain, emboss etc

FOB Shanghai, China

• Delivery Time

80 days after receiving deposit. Exclude statutory holidays of China.

• Payment Terms

By T/T, 30% deposit, 70% paid before delivery after checking machines in the seller's plant. This term is negotiable.

• Quality Guarantee

The guarantee period time: 20 months after shipping date or 18 months after machine commission and running at the buyer's side. Within the duration, the guarantee is valid due to the machine quality problem not to operator's incorrect operation. The seller will send engineers to repair the machine or send the damage parts by international express, the labor and machine parts cost is free, but the air tickets, board & lodging cost of the engineer will be at the charge of the buyer.

• •    The above contract value doesn't include all the costs related to the installation work.
  • The installation fee is 200 USD per day per person charged from the first day the seller's engineer arriving at the buyer's country till the last day the engineer come back from the buyer's country.
  • If our engineer is unfortunately infected with the corona at the buyer's country, the buyer needs to bear all the cost of treatment, as well as the cost of quarantine and testing before returning to China.
  • The following charge list will be covered by the buyer:
• Round flight tickets
• Board & lodging in the buyer's country
• Medicine treatment of seller's engineers happened in the buyer's country

• Sending Engineers

• • The seller will start to prepare the visa of engineer after receiving the buyer's request.
  • The visa time is according to each country's embassy current policy.
  • The seller will only follow the official time of visa application in the official embassy website.
  • If the engineer cannot be sent to install the equipment due to the epidemic, the supplier will provide remote video to assist the customer in installation.
