Product Description
1K Grey Primer
Product features: a one-component self-drying paint made of alkyd resin, anti-rust pigment, fillers, cellulose and other materials. It has good construction performance, quick drying, easy polishing and storage stability
Applicable substrate: polished and completely dry clean surface of old paint, polyputty, etc.
Mixing ratio (volume ratio) : stir evenly, can be constructed.
Spraying requirements: coating -4 cups/viscosity 20-25 seconds, upper pot spray gun 1.3-1.5mm caliber, lower pot spray gun 1.7-1.8mm caliber, air pressure is 3-5 bar, spray 2-3 channels, stand for 2-5 minutes.
Drying time: non-sticking time: 5 minutes /25ºC. Polishing time: 30 min /25ºC.
Grinding process: Use water sandpaper P600#-P1000#
Points for attention:
(1)Please stir well before use and filter well.
(2) In order to ensure the painting effect, please use standard thinner (fast drying, standard drying, slow drying) can not be thick coating, the use of other poor thiiner will lead to paint foaming, discoloration and other maladies. Do not pour the remaining base paint back into the original paint bucket after spraying. Otherwise, resin and pigment may delaminate, sink, and agglomerate. then next spraying, it may fall off during polishing, affect the adhesion between the basecoat paint layers, and crack.
