TZ type motor-driven lubrication pump
TZ type motor-driven lubrication pump is a gear pump with special alloy steel gear pump, with easy installation and wiring, good self-absorbing performance and high volumetric flow rate.TZ-Type series motor-driven lubrication pump comes in two versions with two reservoir sizes (2L and 4L) high-strength plastic reservoir and it is also available for various sizes of reservoirs.
The pump is available without dual-timer module, with dual-timer module, and with NK-3 dual timer with digital display and press buttons as options. It can be made the pump whether with the pressure taken-off mechanism according to the customer's requirement. The pump s equipped with level switch. According to the different applications, it can be equipped with the pressure switch. Selecting a lubrication pump with level switch and pressure switch is capable of detecting the pressure and oil level of the system, and implement the automatic integration of intermittence, operation and alarm functions.
The pump with pressure taken-off mechanism, it can be with the positive displacement volume type distributor to combine with positive displacement volumetric lubrication system, via volumetric distributor to delivery dosing oil to each lube point.. The pump without pressure taken-off mechanism can be with resist type distributor to combine resist type lubrication system, deliveried the oil in proportion to each lube point.
TZ type motor-driven lubrication pump is widely used in machine tools, plastic machines,spinning and weaving machines, light industry, printing machines, escalator ,conveyer and so on.

TZ-2211,TZ2212 ,TZ3211,TZ3212 has built-in microcomputer for free setting of action and intermittent period.
TZ-2231,TZ-2232 ,TZ-3231,TZ-3232 has built-in microcomputer with digital for easy and simple setting of time.
Example:TZ-2232-410X indicates that it is a TZ type lubrication pump-single phase 220V, with NK-3 digital display microcomputer.

b.Intermittent: execute intermittent timing after lubricating is completed(Time unit convertible).
c.Memory: in case of power on after power off, resume incomplete intermittent time.
Lubricating time and intermittent time can be adjusted.
Provided with liquid level switch and pressure switch (optional). When oil volume or pressure is insufficient, the beeper makes sound, send alarm and offers abnormal signal output.
a.When pressure is insufficient, Erp is displayed.
b.When liquid level is insufficient, Ero is displayed.
The system time can be configured, LUB lubricating time: 1-999 (seconds) INT intermittent time: 1-999 (minutes)
The digital display timer displays lubricating and intermittent status.
The motor is provided with self-protection function to avoid high motor temperature and overload.
Decompression device is provided with volumetric system, used with RH2 or RH3 volumetric distributor.
Overflow is provided to protect oil injector and pipeline from being damaged by high pressure.
