It utilizes fused or sintered corundum, graphite, and silicon carbide with a fixed carbon content of 90%-95% as primary raw materials. The mixture is combined with resin, pressed into shape, and processed at a low temperature of 210°C.
Application:
ASC brick is predominantly used in the iron and steel industry, specifically in applications such as torpedo tanks, hot metal tanks, and shakers.
