Main Application
The Ampoule Filling Line consists of an advanced Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine, a Circulating Hot Air Tunnel Sterilization Oven, and a Vertical Fill-Seal Machine designed for precision.Our Ampoule Filling Line is ideal for 1-20ml ampoule injection production, featuring three distinct operational areas: washing, drying and sterilization, filling and sealing. These areas can function independently for maximum flexibility.
Primarily used for small volume injection production, this ampoule filling line incorporates over 20 meticulous procedures, including water spraying, ultrasonic washing, robotic bottle handling, internal and external bottle cleaning, blowing, preheating, drying, sterilizing, cooling, nitrogen filling, and sealing.

· Designed for small volume ampoule injections, the Ampoule Wash-Dry-Fill-Seal Production Line boasts advanced design and a robust structure. High automation, stable operation, and impressive production efficiency are achieved through mechanical and electrical integration. All liquid-contact parts are crafted from AISI316L, while other components use AISI304, ensuring no contamination of the liquid or environment.
· Comprising a Vertical Ultrasonic Washing Machine, Drying and Sterilization Oven, and Ampoule Fill-Seal Machine, this line excels in synchronous operation, stepless speed adjustment, and precise control, meeting all production process demands.
