Rollers/Moulds and final products:
1.After changing the mold, the material can be pressed into sheet-like (1.5-50mm)
square,rectangular,ring, diamond, triangle,cylindrical and other geometric products.
3.Mould shapes can be cubic, round, hexagonal, finger shape on customized.
Also one machine can match with different moulds for different shapes of briquettes.
Final briquettes have features of high density, high strength, high hardness,
high performance,and the main rollers adopt hard wear resistance materials,
which improve roller's service life greatly.

1.The screw feeding part:
It is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor and rotates through
the pulley and worm reducer to force the pressed material into the main feed port.
3.The forming part:
It mainly refers to the host part, and the core part is the drum.
When too much material is fed between the two pressure rollers,increase
the gap between the pressure rollers to allow hard objects to pass through
the pressure rollers.
