This system efficiently removes surfactants and odors from water, boosts dissolved oxygen levels, and creates optimal conditions for subsequent treatments.

Once the dosing reaction occurs, sewage enters the air float's mixing zone, where it blends with released dissolved air water. Tiny bubbles measuring 20-40um form as air is released, allowing flocculants to adhere. These flocs then float into the air float zone, guided by buoyancy to the surface, forming scum. Clean water, collected below, travels to the clear pool, with part reused for dissolved gas and the remaining water exiting through the overflow port. Once scum on the surface accumulates sufficiently, it is scraped into the sludge tank and discharged.
